How "Priorities" works?

"Priorities" is the second app of Mindful Suite. It complements "Goals" by helping you manage your day-to-days tasks instead of long term goals.

Backlog

"Priorities" lets you keep a list of tasks. Select 1 - 7 tasks, and tap "Start", the items you selected will be taken out of the backlog, and become your priorities for today.

Today

"Priorities" recommends you to select 3 tasks to focus on each day.

This helps you figure out what you should do to make the most impact in each day. The key to productivity is not working on any tasks as they come in, but to tackle tasks that would make you feel great at the end of the day first. All successful people built up their success by maximizing their impact, not by doing as many tasks as they can.

Review

When a day ends, "Priorities" will let you review what you've accomplished in the previous day. You can update the list by adding any additional tasks you finished.

When you tap "Save & Continue", your completed tasks will be saved in daily journal, incomplete tasks will be returned to your backlog. and "Priorities" will ask you to plan the next day, either today or tomorrow, depending on if it's past midnight yet.
