Private by default

Every new check-in — body scan, colour of your day, mood or alignment — now saves as one post that only you can see. When you want to share it, you decide who sees it right there on the post: all your friends, a chosen few, or still just you.

Your history for each check-in opens those same posts, so you can change who sees any of them later.

Guided check-ins

The body check-in is complete from start to finish: a pause before you begin, gentle stages to move through, and results you can read back. Body and colour check-ins share the same guided flow, so moving between them feels like one practice rather than two. When nothing stands out, Nothing noticeable is an honest answer.

A compass for your dream

North is your dream. Turn the dial to where you actually are today — straight ahead is aligned, a quarter turn is sideways, all the way round is facing away. It answers in words rather than a score out of ten, because nobody really knows what a 6 means. Open it from Home.

History and trends

Mood and alignment now keep a history, with trends over time and every past check-in saved so you can reopen it.

• Filter your feed by the kind of post.
• Light and dark mode follow your phone, with an override in Settings → Appearance if you'd rather pin one.
• Your own photo appears on your own posts straight away.
• An image you're creating holds its place at the top of your feed while it's made. Leaving never cancels it.
• Pop-up messages always go away: tap one, or flick it upward.
• Journal has a clearer writing prompt, and optional reflections let you read the prompt before the keyboard appears.
• Settings is tidier, and About says what Amelio is for, in plain words.
