Add up to five photos to a reflection, hear gentle sounds as you reflect and share, and meet Amelio's new star, all in an app that opens Progress faster and is about half the size.
Photos in your reflections
Add up to five photos from your library to a journal reflection. One photo shows on its own; several show as a grid, and each opens full size. Photos you add stay yours: friends see them only if you share the post with them.
Soft sounds
Choosing how to reflect, naming a feeling, reacting to a friend, posting, earning a badge: each now has a small, warm sound, felt piano, marimba or harp. They follow your ringer switch, and Settings → Make it yours → Sounds turns them off.
A new star
Amelio has a new face: a clear pearl star, on the app icon, beside you in the app, and on every picture you share.
Also
- Alignment over longer ranges shows a bar for each week, or each month for longer ranges, from your lowest to your highest reading, with the average marked. Tap a bar to hear it in words.
- What you write with a check-in now sits inside its card, under the picture.
- Settings → About Amelio → Watch the intro plays our intro film, to watch or share.
- Progress opens much faster, and the app is about half the size.
